Job summary

KFC in Mansfield, United Kingdom, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front and own the restaurant's performance, culture and standards. You’ll drive guest experiences, coach a high-performing team and uphold safety and quality in every shift.

About the role

As a Restaurant General Manager, you lead from the front and take full ownership of your
restaurant. You’re accountable for performance, people, culture, and results ensuring the restaurant
delivers brilliant guest experiences while building a high performing, future ready team.

  operational standards, and planning labour and stock effectively. Proactively remove any barriers
  that could impact performance or results.
