KFC Sheldon – Coventry Road is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations, own performance, people, culture and results, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while building a high-performing team.

You will drive standards, manage labour and stock, coach leaders, and empower your team to deliver fast, friendly service and consistent quality. Join a brand with a long, proud history of serving great chicken and building communities.

About the role

As a Restaurant General Manager, you lead from the front and take full ownership of yourrestaurant. You’re accountable for performance, people, culture, and results ensuring the restaurantdelivers brilliant guest experiences while building a high performing, future ready team.

• Execute With FocusKeep the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently by setting clear priorities, maintaining strongoperational standards, and planning labour and stock effectively. Proactively remove any barriersthat could impact performance or results.
