Job summary

Miller & Carter – Mailbox, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team and drive sales across a busy site in Birmingham. You will set standards, coach staff and ensure memorable guest experiences while upholding brand values.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing costs and maintaining high quality food and drink, all while working with the local team to meet targets and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Ability to drive operational standards and maximise sales opportunities.
