• Running the show:From recruitment to rotas, training to team motivation – you’re the one making it happen.
• Serving up standards:You’ll ensure our pizzas leave the oven looking and tasting amazing, every single time.
• Driving performance:Hitting sales targets, managing costs, and chasing down KPIs like your bonus depends on it (because it does).
• Championing the brand:You’ll live and breathe the Four Star values – honest, generous, curious, and unapologetically human.
• Creating a culture:You’ll build a workplace where your team feel valued, motivated, and maybe even a little bit pizza-obsessed.

• You’ve gotexperience managing a food delivery or retail business– ideally pizza or fast food.
