Gain hands‑on experience managing people, projects & resources within one of the UK's largest NHS organisations, helping to deliver high quality services & supporting life changing outcomes for our patients.

Through a range of placements across MFT, you'll take on real operational responsibilities, contribute to service improvement projects & build practical experience across a variety of areas; from strategy, innovation & change, to finance, leading & developing people & team management.

You'll also be funded to study for a Master’s degree (MSc) in Healthcare Leadership.

To apply for this role, you need to have unrestricted right to work in the UK for the duration of the 2 year scheme.

As this role is linked to a master's programme, applicants must hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum classification of 2:1.

Main duties of the job

• You’ll have both a willingness & potential to develop the necessary knowledge, skills & behaviours to become a first class, resilient & inspirational General Manager & Leader.
