Job summary

A legal firm in Bolton is seeking a General Litigation Executive to assist with civil litigation cases. The role involves preparing court documents, managing a caseload, and requires excellent drafting skills and attention to detail. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and hold a law degree or equivalent. This full-time position requires in-person attendance at the office. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience handling a caseload with fast/multi track cases.
• Proven track record of achieving financial and KPI targets.
• Must have experience working in civil litigation claims.
• Good knowledge of CPR rules and court procedures.
• Proven ability to meet targets and maintain private billing.

Responsibilities

About the job General Litigation Executive (GK)

Job Description:

We are a firm of solicitors providing a wide range oflegal services, but specialising in civil litigation. we are recruiting aGeneral litigation paralegal to assist our solicitors with theirlitigated case loads in a variety of areas such as financial misselling, RTA and Business Energy.

Please note that this is an in person role and the successful candidate will work full-time in our offices located in Bolton.

The role will involve drafting and assisting with various courtdocuments and procedures and so attention to detail and excellentdrafting skills are essential.

Candidates must have a law degree or equivalent and would ideallyhave completed the LPC and or have experience of working on litigatedcivil litigation claims.

1 years minimum experience of successfully and effectively handlingown case load with a mixture of fast/multi track cases. Have a proventrack record of consistently achieving and maintaining financial, KPIand other Company targets set over a sustained period of time Abilityand enthusiasm to proactively supervise and train other members of theteam Be experienced in, and have a good understanding of, Microsoftpackages including Excel, Power Point. A thorough understanding of thelaw and practice relating to CPR rules. Excellent negotiatingexperience and skills. Be able to demonstrate an ability to achieve goodprivate billing.

• The successful candidate will:
• Prepare and assist with the preparation of court documents including particulars of claim, witness statements and court bundles
