Concept Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking General/Line Operatives to join a high performing team on a range of manual and automated production lines. You will work in a chilled environment, with PPE provided, and contribute to safe, quality-driven production.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, meeting hourly/daily targets, training new starters, and minimising waste while maintaining GMP and housekeeping standards.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working on manual and automated production lines.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Awareness of GMP and housekeeping standards.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to health, safety and quality regulations and follow SOPs.
• Understand customer packaging specifications.
• Maximise production efficiency to meet hourly/daily plans.
• Follow guidance from the Line Leader in the production process.
• Ensure areas pass hygienic audits (internal and external).
• Maintain GMP and housekeeping (clean as you go).
• Assist training and development of new starters.
• Act as a role model for best practice.
• Minimise waste wherever possible.
• Undertake other duties within the scope of the post.
• Work in a chilled environment below 5°C; suitable clothing required.
• Gloves and overcoat provided.

We are looking for General/Line Operatives to join a high performing team, on a variety of manual/automated production lines. In accordance with the company's Health and Safety and Quality standards, to meet planned volume and commercial targets.

Key Accountabilities

• To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations. Following all Safe Systems of Work and Standard Operating Procedures
• Understand Customer requirement – following packaging specification
• To support the maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis
• Follow guidance and direction given by your Line leader for the production process.
• To ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external
• To ensure GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered to
• To assist in the training and development of new starters
• To act as a role model for best practice, adopting role model behaviours
• Minimise waste where possible
• To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time, that reasonably fall within the scope and grade of the post
• Working within a chilled environment of below 5 Degrees, suitable clothing must be worn.
