Concept Recruitment Group is seeking General/Line Operatives to join a high performing team on multiple production lines. The role supports meeting planned volume and targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will work to Health & Safety and Quality standards, follow SOPs, and help maximise production efficiency while maintaining hygiene and GMP practices. A chilled environment below 5°C requires suitable clothing.

Aufgaben

• To adhere to and promote best practice in accordance with company health, safety and quality regulations. Following all Safe Systems of Work and Standard Operating Procedures
• Understand Customer requirement - following packaging specification
• To support the maximise production efficiency to ensure plan is met on an hourly/daily basis
• Follow guidance and direction given by your Line leader for the production process.
• To ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external
• To ensure GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping (clean as you go) are strictly adhered to
• To assist in the training and development of new starters
• To act as a role model for best practice, adopting role model behaviours
• Minimise waste where possible
• To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time, that reasonably fall within the scope and grade of the post
• Working within a chilled environment of below 5 Degrees, suitable clothing must be worn.
