The Atlantic District is seeking a thoughtful General Insurance Agent to join our Bristol, Virginia office. This role focuses on connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and crafting insurance solutions that bring peace of mind.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Three or more years of experience in direct insurance sales or account management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with new and existing clients to evaluate coverage needs and identify risks.
• Develop personalized insurance quotes aligned with clients' financial goals.
• Guide clients through the claims process with patience and clear support.
• Maintain an up-to-date client database reflecting changing life circumstances.
• Collaborate with staff to refine outreach strategies and connect with people in Bristol.
