Job summary

Breheny is seeking a on-site Site Supervisor to lead operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with required standards across civil works. The role requires a driven, self-motivated professional with 5+ years in supervisory civil engineering and a solid team orientation.

You will oversee daily site activities, interpret drawings and specifications, and coordinate plant and labour allocations to achieve project targets while maintaining quality and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years civil engineering supervisory experience on-site.
• Must be driven, self-motivated and have a strong work ethic.
• CSCS Gold Card Holder and SMSTS required.
• NRSWA Supervisor qualification and Confined Spaces Training are essential.
• First Aid certification is required.
• Experience with Temporary Works supervision and Lift supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control all site operations to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance with standards.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications to support works on site.
• Manage tender plant, labour allocations and outputs to meet project targets.
• Maintain daily records via diary/allocation sheets and provide updates as required.
