Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced General Foreman / Foreperson to support a major civil engineering programme at Blandford Forum.

You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors and operatives, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day operations, coordinating resources, managing permits and site records, and maintaining HSE and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Foreman/Foreperson on civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in utilities, water, or heavy civils environments.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of excavation, drainage, concrete, pipework, and Permit to Dig procedures.
• Confident using electronic reporting and site management systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Rate: £360 per day Limited or PAYE Umbrella
Start: ASAP
