Job summary

HMS Stonebridge Office is seeking a hands-on Construction/Labourer to perform a broad range of interior and exterior tasks. You will clear sites, perform groundworks, install fencing, assist trades and ensure work orders are completed accurately.

The role requires a CSCS card, a Full UK or EU driving licence, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. NVQ2 in Construction or Maintenance is desirable, with a company van provided for site travel.

Qualifications

• Proof of essential qualifications and certifications required if invited to interview.
• NVQ Level 2 in Construction or Maintenance or equivalent.
• Full UK or EU driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of general construction activities across domestic and communal environments.
• Undertake property clearance, environmental cleaning, demolition, excavation and groundworks.
• Install and maintain fencing, painting works and support projects.
• Assist tradespeople and plan/work efficiently to achieve high standards.
• Complete paperwork and keep compliance records up to date.
• Drive and maintain company van and materials in a safe, professional manner.
