Powerleague Glasgow is seeking a dynamic Club Manager to lead a busy football centre and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit and develop a passionate team, drive sales, and create memorable experiences for players and local communities.

• Lead and Inspire: Recruit, develop, and inspire your team to deliver top-tier service and have fun doing it.
• Make It Memorable: Create experiences that keep players coming back, from casual kickabouts to high-stakes league nights.
• Run It Like You Own It: You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through outstanding customer experiences and marketing, ensuring your club is the place to be.
• Grow the Game: Build strong community relationships, and attract new players, teams and partners whilst shouting about us on socials. Get the pitches buzzing all week long.

What You Bring to the Squad:

• A confident, results- driven manager with experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or sports management
• You’ve got natural team leadership experience and love seeing people succeed under your guidance.
• You’re commercially aware with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving performance
