Job summary

TipTopJob in Reading is seeking an experienced Handyman/General operative to join a facilities maintenance team on a static site. The role covers pre-planned and reactive maintenance, door hardware, painting, and basic plumbing tasks, with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Candidates should hold any trade qualification (carpentry, plumbing, etc.). Legionella L8 is desirable but not essential. You will liaise with management and clients and coordinate with subcontractors and other engineers.
