JD Gyms in Bristol is seeking a General Assistant for weekend shifts to help maintain clean, welcoming facilities and deliver friendly, professional member support. You will contribute to high standards of cleanliness while upholding brand expectations across the club.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent member service, with teamwork and reliability for weekend operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing, cleaning, leisure or similar environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Ensure the gym facility is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform standards in line with company expectations.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive and professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives, including training activities designed to promote consistent standards across the business.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties.
