Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a meticulous cleaner to join our fast-growing gym team. You will balance demanding cleaning tasks with interactions to assist and welcome members, while upholding safety and brand standards.

You will conduct regular safety checks, maintain high cleanliness, and participate in training videos to ensure exceptional standards across the group. Prior cleaning experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Passion for exceeding expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multi task & work unsupervised.
• Effective communication skills and approachable to members and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• To ensure the whole of the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
• To ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
• To always deliver outstanding member service.
• To participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties.
