Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a diligent cleaning professional to join our busy club teams across the UK. You will uphold the highest cleanliness standards, report safety issues, and help maintain a welcoming environment for members.

The role emphasizes adherence to Health and Safety policies, brand standards, and delivering outstanding member service while working as part of an on-site team.

Qualifications

• Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Demonstrates a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar role with the ability to multi-task and work unsupervised.
• Effective communication skills and approachable to members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• To ensure the whole of the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
• To ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
• To always deliver outstanding member service.
• To participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties.

We need someone with meticulous cleaning standards that can balance interacting with our members whilst getting the job done.
