General Assistant/Hospitality Assistant, London
We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, serving over 45,500 satisfied customers daily. We now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant / General Assistant to join our team.
This is a position to work as a General Assistant/Hospitality Assistant, 40 hours per week.
Pay rate: £13.85 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring counters and chillers to ensure cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation in line with our six principles.
- Regularly checking restaurant areas for cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Providing prompt and efficient service, listening carefully, and following instructions from your manager.
- Confident communication with customers, gathering feedback, and reacting to their needs to ensure positive experiences.
- Following food safety and health & safety procedures, holding Food Safety Level 2 and Health & Safety Level 2 certificates.
- Previous customer service experience, good merchandising skills, and till experience.
