You will conduct regular cleaning checks and ensure safety and policy compliance while delivering friendly, professional support to members.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail with a commitment to high standards.
• Experience in customer-facing, cleaning, leisure or similar environment is advantageous.
• Clear communication and ability to build positive relationships with members and colleagues.
• Able to work as part of a team and also manage responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Support and maintain JD Gyms brand standards across all areas of the club.
• Carry out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure the building and equipment are safe to use.
• Maintain facility to a high standard of cleanliness.
• Present a professional appearance and keep uniform standards in line with company expectations.
• Deliver outstanding member service through positive and professional interactions.
• Support learning and development initiatives and training for consistent standards.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
