Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a General Assistant (Cleaner) to uphold exceptional cleanliness and presentation across our clubs. In this 20-hour-per-week role, you will maintain gym floors, changing facilities and common areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members.

Full training will be provided. The position supports a busy team focused on delivering high standards every day, with flex hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all gym areas, including fitness spaces, studios, changing rooms, showers and communal areas
• Ensure gym equipment, touchpoints and surfaces are sanitised and presented to the highest standard
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and daily compliance checks
• Empty bins and manage waste disposal procedures
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report stock requirements
• Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly
• Support the wider club team in delivering an exceptional member experience
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety at all times
