Job summary

Washwood Heath Academy is seeking a reliable catering assistant to support the Kitchen Manager with meal preparation and service, and to help set up and clear down dining areas across our trust of seven schools.

The successful candidate will hold Level 2 Food Safety and have some catering or cooking experience, with a proven ability to work well in a team and follow guidance.

Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity to become part of our dedicated and very motivated team of catering staff who provide the catering provision for our trust of 7 schools. You will assist the Kitchen Manager in the preparation and serving of meals and the setup/clean down of dining halls.

The ideal candidate will have Level 2 in Food Safety with some catering and cooking experience. You must be able to work as part of a team and take instruction and guidance.
