What we are looking for in you

YMCA Dulverton Group is seeking a motivated individual to assist with the management team on shift, ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will work well in a team to provide high standards of service, possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and have a strong attendance and punctuality record.

Applicants should have some experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role, or be willing to learn and undergo training.

As a General Assistant, your duties will include greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest services, and being trained to make and modify reservations accurately using appropriate systems. You will also perform multi-tasking as a hotel operator and carry out concierge duties.
