Job summary

Houston & Hawkes is seeking a friendly General Assistant to join our Stoke-on-Trent team. You’ll greet guests, assist with food and beverage service, and help maintain dining spaces to ensure a brilliant hospitality experience every day.

Ideal candidates are positive, customer-focused, with good communication and a flexible, hands-on attitude. Experience in catering or hospitality is welcome but not required.

Houston & Hawkes is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent.

You'll be part of a busy workplace dining operation, helping us create a brilliant food and hospitality experience for our guests every day. From serving freshly prepared food and drinks to keeping our dining spaces looking their best, you'll play an important role in making every visit enjoyable.

THE ROLE
