Job Title: Food Service Assistant / General Assistant / Catering Assistant

As a Food Service Assistant/General Assistant/Catering Assistant, you will:

1. Assist in the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner according to established menus and recipes.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas, including organizing dishes and utensils.
3. Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination.
4. Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
5. Provide friendly and efficient service to students and staff during mealtimes, addressing any concerns or special dietary needs.
6. Participate in training sessions and meetings related to food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

• Ideally have experience working within Education catering.
• Have good Health & Safety knowledge.
