This is a multi-skilled position that involves setting up and servicing events in the Lodge, Cathedral kiosk or in private residences, assisting the chefs in the kitchen, general housekeeping duties and welcoming guests at reception.
This is a full-time position (37.5hrs/week), working 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ensuring the food and beverage service meets the standards set out in the Standards of Practice manual at all types of events.
- Deputising on occasion in the absence of the Catering Manager and Conference and Banqueting Supervisors, taking responsibility for the smooth running and service delivery of an event.
- Setting up functions to the standard set out in the Standards of Practice manual.
