• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and gym standards.
• Conduct cleaning and safety checks, reporting defects as necessary.
• Deliver outstanding member service and maintain cleanliness standards.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Handbook and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks. Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• To ensure the whole of the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
• To ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
• To always deliver outstanding member service.
• To participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties/projects/meetings that may be required.
• To always be an ambassador of JD Gyms.
