Role overview:

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. We need someone with meticulous cleaning standards who can balance interacting with our members while getting the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures in the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.

• Maintain and uphold the JD Gyms Brand Standard.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks.

• Report any defects to ensure the safety of the building and equipment.

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the gym facility.

• Adhere to uniform standards at all times.

• Deliver outstanding member service.

• Participate in colleague training videos to support the delivery of exceptional standards.

• Perform any other reasonable duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail.

• Passionate about exceeding expectations.

• Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work independently.

• Effective communication skills and approachable demeanor with members and staff.
