General Assistant

Location: Dounreay
Department: ESS
Reporting to: Supervisor

Are you passionate about maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment? We are looking for a dedicated General Assistant to join our team at ESS. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing:

Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site
Responding to customer requests and striving to exceed expectations
Completing daily housekeeping tasks as directed by your supervisor
Carrying out routine inspections and reporting maintenance issues
Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently
Following all Health & Safety and COSHH procedures
Maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities
Reporting hazards, near misses, and accidents promptly
Working as part of a team to create a positive and professional environment
Taking part in training and continuous development

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
