Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, correctly informing them of the activities on offer whilst ensuring that the site is clean and safe for guests, visitors, and colleagues. The work is varied with elements of routine and reactiveness, working throughout all of the 3 operational departments at Cheddar including operations, retail (Gift Shop), and Food & Beverage (Café).

As a General Assistant you will receive a rate of between £10.00 and £11.44 per hour (or otherwise in line with National Minimum Wage rates) in addition to a range of attractive benefits that include:
You’ll be employed on a fixed term contract, working 14 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours available during peak periods. Work may involve weekends, evenings and bank holidays as required.
The earliest start time is from 8am, and latest finish time up to 8pm, varying in accordance with opening times.
