Job description

This role is based at Fontanella Cafe in Royal Bolton Hospital, within our Hospitals division, serving visitors and NHS teams. We understand that nutritious food is vital for patient recovery. Our warm service and customer-first approach place nutrition at the core of our work.

What you'll be doing...

As a General Assistant, you'll have significant responsibilities and opportunities for growth, becoming a vital part of our team.

• Ensure food quality meets high standards
• Keep the kitchen area clean, well-presented, and stocked
• Maintain knowledge of menu and special offers to assist customers effectively
• Operate relevant equipment safely and report maintenance issues
• Handle the till following proper procedures
• Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety regulations, reporting incidents as required

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, 30 hours per week.
