Role Overview

JD Gyms is an exciting, award-winning budget gym chain rapidly expanding across the UK and transforming the sector. We invest over £1.5m in creating top-quality, stylish environments for our members.

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. The ideal candidate will uphold meticulous cleaning standards, interact positively with members, and efficiently complete their tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain the JD Gyms Brand Standard at all times.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety inspections.
• Report any defects to ensure the safety of the building and equipment.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across the gym facility.
• Adhere to uniform standards consistently.
• Deliver outstanding member service.
• Participate in colleague training videos to promote exceptional standards across the group.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required.

Skills and Experience

• Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Passionate about exceeding expectations.
• Previous experience in a similar role, capable of multitasking and working independently.
• Effective communication skills and approachable demeanor with members and staff.
