RWG is seeking a hands-on Operations Assistant to support workshop, stores and yard activities in Aberdeen, UK. You will help with loading/unloading deliveries, moving parts and engines, packing, shipping and assisting with maintenance tasks, while maintaining safety and quality.
You will work closely with colleagues to plan daily activities, support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean and Six Sigma, and uphold RWG's core values of integrity, respect, innovation and responsibility.
Working as part of our Operations team within the LM2500 Business, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the workshop and site. This hands-on role involves materials handling, logistics, housekeeping and general operational support, helping to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
