RWE's Gas Engineering and Outage (E&O) Group supports our UK, Dutch and German portfolio of Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Stations. Within this group, our HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) and Balance of Plant (BoP) Team is responsible for the management, integrity and process safety of many different mechanical systems and components. You will be principally responsible for providing key engineering support to Didcot B CCGT Power Station in Oxfordshire, ensuring it can continue to be operated safely, efficiently and with the greatest possible commercial flexibility. There may also be exposure to our central engineering office in Swindon and other RWE sites around the UK.

You will receive on‑the‑job training from experienced engineers within the Mechanical Team and attend courses and workshops for your personal development. You will gain first‑hand technical industrial experience and transferrable skills that are desired by all employers.

The Assessment Centre will take place on Tuesday 24th November 2026 face to face DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon, Lydiard Fields, Great Western Way, Swindon, Wilts SN5 8UZ. Accommodation will be booked on your behalf and travel will be subsidised by RWE. On the evening prior to the Assessment Centre a meal will be held at DoubleTree by Hilton, which you will be required to attend.
