Job summary

Xceedance is seeking a Tech Architect with GenAI expertise to lead architecture and delivery of AI-enabled features on a cloud-native platform. The role requires hands-on Python development, AI service design, and strong experience with n8n and Camunda in a hybrid work setting.

You will design, implement, and govern GenAI workflows, ensure safe, scalable solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive AI-led transformation for insurers. 10+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development and architecture.
• Strong Python experience building production backends and AI services.
• Hands-on experience with n8n, including complex workflows and integrations.
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) or similar, Angular, and Camunda.
• GenAI engineering experience: LLM prompts, RAG, guardrails and validation.
• Familiarity with REST, event-driven design, microservices, and cloud infra (Azure preferred).
• Experience delivering in Agile teams with estimation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design of features and services across a cloud-native platform.
• Build and own Python services for AI capabilities, including LLM integration, data processing and APIs.
• Design GenAI capabilities into insurance workflows and expose them as reusable services and APIs.
• Architect AI features with guardrails, grounding, human-in-the-loop review, and deterministic logic separation.
• Design and build automation flows in n8n, including custom nodes and cross-system integrations, plus Camunda for long-running processes.
• Bring observability and cost awareness to AI workloads with tracing and performance monitoring.
• Own features end-to-end from requirements through release and production support.
• Mentor and grow engineers, uphold security, privacy and scalable standards.
