Job summary

You will unblock external dependencies, provide visibility into delivery status, risks, and issues for Product Owners, and guide pragmatic agile evolution.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product Owners and Tech Leads, use of Jira and Roadmunk, and ongoing improvement of planning, backlog clarity, and delivery predictability.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in complex, fast-changing environments.
• Strong grounding in Scrum and agile principles, with flexible application.
• Able to manage dependencies, remove blockers, and improve delivery flow.
• Clear communication of status, risks, and issues to Product Owners.
• Deep expertise in JIRA and delivery tracking tools.
• Ability to influence behavior without formal authority.
• Experience across siloed organizations to align end-to-end delivery.
• Familiarity with GenAI, data, and compute concepts.
• Hands-on experience as Scrum Master or agile delivery lead.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify, manage, and resolve external dependencies and impediments across teams and stakeholders to keep the squad focused and unblocked.
• Leverage JIRA and Roadmunk to provide clear visibility into delivery status, risks, issues, and dependencies for prioritization and decision-making.
• Ensure deliverables, roles, and responsibilities are defined and communicated, adapting as priorities evolve.
• Serve as a Scrum Master where appropriate, facilitating agile ceremonies and practices to support delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to improve planning discipline, backlog clarity, and predictability over time.
• Use metrics and tooling to surface trends and risks and drive actionable improvements.
• Maintain lightweight, effective project documentation and stakeholder reporting.
• Foster a collaborative culture with continuous improvement and shared ownership of outcomes.
• Support the team’s gradual evolution toward mature agile delivery with measured structure.
