Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking Data Scientists to design and deliver GenAI solutions (LLM/RAG) and applied ML components, moving prototypes into production with strong observability and governance. Qualifications

• Strong Python/R programming for ML applications.
• Experience with LLM/RAG toolchains and vector search.
• Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms and MLOps.
• Experience in production-grade GenAI deployment and governance.
• Exposure to big data and distributed computing.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver GenAI solutions including LLM/RAG for enterprise use cases.
• Evaluate quality with offline/online metrics and iterate improvements.
• Harden solutions for production with observability, tracing, guardrails, safety controls, reliability.
• Build and integrate model endpoints into products/workflows with engineering.
• Work across cloud platforms and define data readiness and remediation needs.
• Collaborate in cross-functional squads and contribute reusable assets.
• Communicate trade-offs, risks, and adoption actions to stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end workstreams and mentor teams; influence solution direction.
