Qualifications

• Strong Python/R programming and ML libraries.
• Experience delivering GenAI/Large Language Models in production.
• Hands-on with LLM/RAG toolchains and vector stores.
• Ability to evaluate models with metrics, latency, and cost.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and model deployment.
• Knowledge of governance, safety controls, and audit trails.
• Background in building end-to-end ML workflows.
• Experience with MLOps tooling and observability.
• Degree in quantitative field; advanced degrees a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver GenAI solutions (LLM/RAG) for enterprise use cases.
• Evaluate solution quality using offline/online metrics and feedback.
• Harden production solutions with observability, tracing, and guardrails.
• Build model endpoints and integrate into products and workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and product teams.
