Job summary

MWEK Solutions DMCC seeks an experienced AI Engineer to join its Berkshire team. You will design GenAI and enterprise AI systems, driving real-world use cases from concept to production while mentoring peers and leading cross-functional collaboration.

Key focus areas include LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and deploying models across AWS Bedrock and SageMaker, with a strong emphasis on modular, cloud-native architectures and scalable ML pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' software engineering experience with 2+ years in AI/ML and GenAI.
• Strong Python and Java skills.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases and semantic search.
• AWS expertise (Bedrock and SageMaker preferred).
• Experience with APIs, microservices and cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and build GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG and prompt engineering.
• Develop Agentic AI systems for automation and orchestration.
• Build and deploy ML models for business use cases.
• Work across AWS services including Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda and ECS/EKS.
• Lead AI innovation and enterprise transformation projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and mentor other engineers.
