Job summary

eTeam is seeking a GenAI Engineer to build and scale production-ready Generative AI and LLM solutions for enterprise use cases, including copilots, document intelligence, and intelligent automation integrated with SAP S/4HANA.

You will work with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, and similar frameworks, focusing on RAG, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval optimisation, delivering secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI/LLM solutions.
• Strong Python skills; TypeScript/Java/Node.js a plus.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector search, retrieval optimisation.
• Experience with REST APIs, OData, GraphQL; event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud deployments.
• Understanding of enterprise security: OAuth 2.0, identities, RBAC, secrets.
