Job summary

IgniteTech is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to lead AI-augmented test automation in a remote, full-time role. You will design strategies, implement Selenium-based frameworks, and drive quality with GenAI tools across CI/CD pipelines.

You will mentor colleagues, analyze test data, and collaborate with product and engineering to define acceptance criteria and quality KPIs in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional QA experience with ≥3 years in test automation.
• Proficient with GenAI tools (OpenAI API, Claude Code, Cursor) to improve workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Strong data analysis skills (SQL, log parsing, visualization).
• Excellent communication and ability to work asynchronously in remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute AI-augmented test strategies and coverage.
• Build and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks.
• Analyze test data and production telemetry to drive improvements.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior QA engineers.
