Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in mechanical testing in motorsport, automotive, or aerospace environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute rigorous gearbox test programs including full dyno testing and endurance testing.
• Analyze high-resolution test data for durability, fatigue life, friction, and thermal performance.
• Lead root cause analysis of failures and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
