University of Lancashire is seeking a GDC registered dental nurse to join our onsite clinic-based team. The role involves providing chairside support across teaching activities, patient-based regulated tasks, and oral health promotion within a diverse academic setting.

You will assist clinicians, prepare patient areas, and ensure infection control standards are met. A National Certificate or NVQ3 is required, with CPD ongoing throughout employment.

Qualificações

• GDC registered nurse with CPD.
• Experience in a busy dental environment.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Chairside set up and full chairside support.
• Support clinicians on site (Consultants, Dentist, Therapist, Hygienist, visiting academics or students).
• Provide pre- and postoperative advice and instruction for dental procedures.
• Prepare clinical areas including instrument sterilization and cross-infection control.
