Pertemps Medical Professionals are recruiting experienced Dental Nurses to support OMFS/Oral Surgery insourcing projects across Essex and East Anglia. This role offers regular agency work with flexibility across weekdays and weekends.

The ideal candidate will hold GDC registration, a recognised dental nursing qualification, and prior dental nursing experience, with OMFS or maxillofacial exposure highly desirable.

Qualifications

• GDC Registration is required.
• Recognised dental nursing qualification.
• Previous dental nursing experience.
• OMFS/Maxillofacial/Oral Surgery experience highly desirable.
• Hospital or surgical experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist clinicians during OMFS and Oral Surgery procedures.
• Prepare clinical areas, equipment and instruments.
• Support patients throughout their treatment.
• Maintain infection prevention and control standards.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Work with multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver care.

Job Description

Pertemps Medical Professionals are currently recruiting experienced Dental Nurses to support new and ongoing OMFS (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery) insourcing projects across Essex and East Anglia.

We are expecting a strong and ongoing requirement for Dental Nurses, including opportunities across a 7-day service.

This is an excellent opportunity for Dental Nurses with OMFS, Maxillofacial, Oral Surgery or hospital-based dental experience who are looking for regular agency work and greater flexibility.

Duties May Include:

• Assisting clinicians during OMFS and Oral Surgery procedures
• Preparing clinical areas, equipment and instruments
• Supporting patients throughout their treatment
• Maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control
• Ensuring accurate clinical documentation
• Working effectively alongside multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Supporting the safe and efficient delivery of patient care

Requirements:

• GDC Registration
• Recognised Dental Nursing qualification
• Previous Dental Nursing experience
• OMFS / Maxillofacial / Oral Surgery experience is highly desirable
• Hospital or surgical experience would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Relevant compliance documentation required for healthcare agency work
