Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking a confident GCSE Maths Tutor to provide targeted 1:1 support for a learner in Wirral. The role focuses on strengthening mathematical understanding, addressing gaps, and building confidence ahead of GCSE studies.

The tutor will deliver tailored tuition, identify development areas, and support exam preparation while adapting lessons to individual needs. DBS check or willingness to obtain one is required, with 5–15 hours per week. Ellesmere Port/Wirral area.

Qualifications

• Strong GCSE Maths knowledge and ability to deliver tailored Tuition.
• Experience tutoring secondary-aged learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• DBS check (Update Service) or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Two professional child-related references.
