Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a DevOps engineer to manage Google Cloud networking and automated infrastructure at scale. You’ll join a product-aligned, skilled engineering team focused on GCP networking and secure, reliable platforms.

The role requires hands-on GCP networking work, IaC with Terraform, and modern DevOps tooling (Git, Terraform Cloud, GitHub, Harness). Hybrid working with an on-call rota is part of the pattern.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GCP networking in enterprise environments.
• Terraform expertise and IaC deployment experience.
• Practical DevOps tooling experience (Git, Terraform Cloud, GitHub, Harness).
• Ability to review code and resolve networking issues across production and non-production environments.
• Strong engineering discipline: security, compliance and reliability built in.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and own services through their full lifecycle with security and reliability baked in.
• Develop secure, automated infrastructure at scale on GCP networking.
• Collaborate across teams to support AI, data and hybrid-cloud workloads.
