We’re seeking a Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer specialising in Google Cloud Platform networking to help develop, optimise and operate the networking foundations that underpin our transformation.

You’ll be hands‑on, joining a forward‑thinking engineering team in Manchester, to participate in an on‑call support rota, handle incidents, and influence technical direction while delivering

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/SE or equivalent
• Hands‑on experience with GCP networking at scale
• Experience in DevOps or SRE within enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tooling

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and operate networking foundations for the cloud platform.
• Handle incidents and problems to improve reliability.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end product lifecycle within an engineering team.

• Working Pattern: Some out‑of‑hours work and participation in an on‑call support rota will be required

As a Cloud Platform DevOps Engineer specialising in Google Cloud Platform networking, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing, optimising and operating the networking foundations that underpin our transformation
