£60,000–£65,000 | Hybrid

Profiles Creative are working with a global environmental agency known for transforming spaces through bold storytelling, culture, and design. With studios in London and NYC, their work integrates brand, place, and purpose — and they’re now seeking a Design Director to lead creatively.

You’ll head a talented team, drive concept development, shape pitch work, and oversee delivery on large-scale, impactful projects. This leadership role requires a big-picture thinker with a strong graphic design background, a keen eye, and a commercial mindset.

*Experience in bespoke mural design is essential.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in a senior creative or design role
• A strong portfolio in branding, campaigns, or spatial/experiential design
• Confident leadership, concepting, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign & Illustrator)
