Design Director – Environmental / Branding

£60,000–£65,000 | Hybrid

Profiles Creative are working with a global environmental agency known for transforming spaces through bold storytelling, culture, and design. With studios in London and NYC, their work brings brand, place, and purpose together — and they’re now looking for a Design Director to lead the charge creatively.

You’ll head up a talented team, drive concept development, shape pitch work, and oversee delivery on large-scale, high-impact projects. This is a leadership role for a big-picture thinker with a strong graphic design background, a sharp eye, and a commercial edge.

Experience in bespoke mural design is vital

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in a senior creative or design role
• A strong portfolio across branding, campaigns, or spatial/experiential design
• Confident leadership, concepting, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Illustrator especially)
• A love for purpose-led, story-driven design
