Have you ever wanted to join an education agency but need a consistent income and consistent work so you gave up on your dream to work in education? Here's how Protocol Education can help!

Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a variety of school opportunities within Bath and NE Somerset. We have roles within Secondary education including Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Unqualified Teachers, Supply Teachers, admin roles, and tuition.

We offer a variety of roles through our guaranteed work scheme to ensure you have consistent income and work.

Here's how it works:

  1. An experienced consultant will discuss your experience, preferences, availability, and expectations, and guide you through the next steps including clearance for work.
  2. Choose your availability—this can be from 2 to 5 days a week, but you must be available on any days across Monday to Friday.
  3. You will need to work exclusively with us to guarantee your weekly work.
  4. We will present you with suitable roles, either pre-booked or on the day, focusing on your experience and preferences. Longer-term positions at the same school are also available, with potential for permanency.
  5. Once your availability, pay rate, role, and start date are agreed upon with your consultant and the school, the contractual agreement will be signed by both parties.
  6. If circumstances change, the agreement can be modified or terminated at any time.
  7. Enjoy weekly pay through PAYE, with no umbrella companies involved.
  8. If we're unable to find work on your agreed days, we will make up those days in subsequent weeks or pay you for missed days at the end of the term, subject to T&Cs. We have high demand and work with many schools, so it is unlikely you will have no work.

This role benefits educators seeking consistent work and income, supports schools by providing reliable staffing, and allows us to work with passionate educators. If you're ready to take the next step into education or find your ideal role, please contact us for more information.
