Job summary

JLB Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Service/Installation Engineer for roles in South London. You will diagnose faults, replace components and liaise with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Key duties include on-site inductions, managing service and installation projects, fault finding on electromechanical products and providing clear reports. Electrical certifications and gate/barrier experience are preferred, with flexibility for shift work and weekend days.

Qualifications

• Electrical certs including 17th/18th Edition are required.
• City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent is required.
• Experience within the gate and barrier industry is preferred.
• Experience with access controls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and complete repairs, replacing components as required.
• Ensure attendance on site for inductions and on time arrivals.
• Manage and deliver service, maintenance and installation projects.
• Fault find, test and service electromechanical products.
• Provide accurate reports on completed service, maintenance and installation work.
